Manufacturing Warranty

All jewellery includes a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.

If your piece is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, I will repair, replace, recreate, or refund the item at no cost to you. Approved manufacturing faults will also have return shipping costs covered.

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, including scratches, dents, chips, gemstone damage, or surface marks. It also does not cover damage caused by improper care, exposure to chemicals (including perfumes, makeup, chlorine, cleaning products or bathing), metal discolouration from chemical exposure, theft or loss, or any alterations or repairs carried out by anyone other than Sowa Sense.

All warranty claims are assessed upon return. If I determine that the item is not faulty or is not returned in its original condition, I reserve the right to decline a repair, replacement, or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for change of mind.

If you have ordered an incorrect ring size, you may request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Many of my rings are one-of-a-kind designs, and the exact piece may not be able to be recreated in another size. By purchasing a one-of-a-kind ring, you acknowledge that the design may not be reproducible.

Some rings may be resized up by a small number of sizes, however resizing is not guaranteed and most rings cannot be resized smaller. If resizing or an exchange is not possible, a store credit may be offered at my discretion. Size exchanges are permitted once only and are subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All returned items must be in their original condition. If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, I reserve the right to decline an exchange or store credit.

For hygiene reasons, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings.
