Option 1: Measure a Ring You Already Own (Most Accurate)

Choose a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.

Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimetres (mm).

Match your measurement to the size chart below.
Make sure you measure straight across the centre of the ring (inside edge to inside edge)
Option 2: Measure Your Finger

Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger.

Make sure it’s snug but not tight.

Mark where the ends meet.

Measure the length in millimetres — this is your finger circumference.

Compare your measurement with the chart below.
Tip: Measure your finger at the end of the day when it’s slightly warmer, as fingers can expand.
